Runbook is designed as a local-first application. All data you enter into the app—including device models, maintenance schedules, and custom notes—is stored exclusively on your device. We do not maintain remote servers, and we do not transmit, upload, or sell your personal data.
Runbook requests access to your device's camera and photo library strictly for the purpose of attaching photos and receipts to your local hardware profiles. These images never leave your device.
The app schedules local push notifications to alert you of upcoming maintenance tasks. These are generated natively on your device without the use of external push notification servers.
The app contains affiliate links to third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon). If you click these links, you will be directed to external sites that operate under their own privacy policies.
